Sedona is the place where artists, shamans, visionaries and spiritual sages have come for eons of time to inspire and be inspired. Sacred Sedona Itinerary

Day 1:
I will be waiting for you at our Bed & Breakfast Inn with great views of the red rocks in Sedona. We are happy to assist with transfer arrangement to get you from Phoenix airport to our hotel. After settling in we will visit the striking Chapel of the Holy Cross & Cathedral Rock. The Chapel of the Holy Cross was designed by Margeurite Staud (a student of Frank Lloyd Wright) and built into the red rocks the chapel has been a compelling Sedona landmark since its completion in 1956. We will all get to know each other over a fun Welcome Dinner at Cucina Rustica

Day 2:
After breakfast we experience a Sedona Vortex Tour. Sedona is a spiritual place with the highest concentration of energy in the world powered by up to15 vortexes at a time. The vortexes are power points where the earth's energies are focused.

In the afternoon we experience a 2 hour Medicine Wheel Ceremony. Stone wheels dating to 4500 BC exist in the northern great plains; many have astronomical alignments. We walk the Wheel to receive “medicine” from the spirits, the ancestors, the animal caretakers of each direction. East, South, West, and North carry energies to support your journey each time you participate in the wheel. We enter into the center, the Void, the Great Mystery to align ourselves-body, mind, emotions, soul and spirit with All That Is, with “All Our Relations”. The purpose of the Medicine Wheel Ceremony is to come into balance, harmony, and wholeness.

This evening we have an optional program - Learn the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Day 3:
After breakfast we travel to visit the Honokai & Palatiki cliff dwellings & petroglyphs. The cliff dwellings were occupied from AD1130 - 1280 and originally contained about 60 rooms and an unknown number of pictographs. They are excellent examples of Sinaqua architecture and rock art. This sacred site has been well preserved and has a new trail for better viewing.

In the afternoon we will explore Tlaquepaque Art and Crafts Village. Originally conceived as an artist community, and authentically fashioned after a traditional Mexican village it has been a Sedona landmark since the 1970s. With over 40 specialty shops and exclusive art galleries you can get in touch with the local cultural arts and crafts.

Later we will take a Labyrinth Walk. Totally different from a 'maze' which is a puzzle of non conforming blocked paths the Labyrinth belongs to the family of “Mandalas” (Sanskrit for “circle that contains the Essence”) allowing for a concentric unbroken walk considered a mini-pilgrimage into your own self. They guard, activate & amplify the spiritual energies of a place so that people who walk it can experience a feeling of grace, peace or holiness in their heart, soul and spirit.

This evening we offer another optional activity : Become Attuned to First Degree Reiki

Day 4:
After breakfast we have a mystical hike in areas in the red rocks. For the rest of the day you have the option to take in the included 3 hours of personal Healing and Empowerment sessions (see list of options at the end of the program)

Evening : Stargazing

Day 5:
After breakfast today we head out for a full day to the Grand Canyon including Dinner. A powerful and inspiring landscape, it overwhelms our senses through its immense size - 466 kms of river length, up to 29 kms wide and 1.6 kms deep. As of this spring it is not unusual to see the California Condor soaring over the south rim of of the canyon. This is exciting as it is the rarest bird in the world and the largest land bird in North America with a wingspan of over 3 metres. Of the entire world population of 315 - 84 are living in the Grand Canyon Park!

Day 6:
Healing Sessions through day
Morning spiritual hike
Afternoon Uptown explore ~ galleries, shopping, new age shops
Evening we experience a Sacred Earth Ceremony

Day 7:
After breakfast our program is complete. We will be happy to assist to make transfer arrangements to Phoenix airport.
