• By fax: Fill out the attached registration form (or get a copy at www.gracecirocco.com Click on “TTS Intensive”) and fax it to Linda Cousens, Workshop Co-ordinator, FAX # 416-245-2114. Please mail your deposit cheque of $150 payable to Cirocco & Associates. Your spot will not be reserved until deposit cheque is received.
