Tony works as a professional tour guide, photographer, writer and naturalist out of his home in Ottawa, Ontario. He has keenly studied nature for twenty years. His passion for the great outdoors has taken him to many North American and Neotropical destinations specifically looking for wildlife and photo opportunities. His photos frequently make the covers and pages of several top Canadian publications, including: Canadian Geographic; Seasons; Westworld; Nature Canada; Liesure Ways; and Cottage Life. His photos have also appeared in books, field guides and international magazines. He conducts birdwatching and nature photography workshops for a variety of schools, clubs and organizations including The Ottawa-Carelton Board of Education. He is an active member of the Ottawa Field Naturalists' Club where they granted him “Member of the Year” for 1994. Tony's love of nature, unyielding energy, flexible style, and infectious enthusiasm make him a very popular tour leader.
