About Henry Vyfvinkel…
Henry's artistic journey has rewarded him with many treasured gifts. He has been a full-time professor of Fine Arts and continues to teach and co-ordinate part-time courses at St. Lawrence College in Brockville, Canada.
As a professional painter, he is renowned for his “Northern Images”, rich with colour and emotion. Henry is a member of the C.S.P.W.C. and a Fellow of the O.W.S.
The works of Henry Vyfvinkel are in private collections all over the world. His passion for art is evident in everything he says and does. As a young boy in Holland, he vividly remembers with great joy, watching his father paint. So simply stated by Henry, “I inhaled every bit of that”. He truly exudes enthusiasm.
Henry believes that deep within every person resides a creative warrior, a silent energy, the great centre of our self. This force, when nurtured by intuition and imagination, inspires and allows one to draw from that creative energy.
As a tour coordinator I have watched how Henry works and communicates with his students. To a person, they all say that he has a relaxed, happy attitude and freely teaches all his secrets to any level of artist.
Join us in the wonderful opportunity to enhance your unique artistic journey with such a gifted communicator as Henry Vyfvinkel.
