Northern Edge Algonquin's earth-friendly retreat center will be your base and warm sanctuary for this rich experience. Accommodations here include comfortable sleeping spaces and delicious vegetarian cuisine featuring organically grown foods. Curl up with a book beside a wood stove and share conversation and the lake-side view in the company of like-minded women in one of our charming gathering spaces. Guides and friendly host staff will help open your eyes to a new world within and around you.

Women of all ages and abilities can and will find themselves achieving and enjoying more than they previously thought possible through this experience. The dog-sledding portion of the retreat will offer everyone the opportunity to work with a dog team, partner and sled in a full day's exploration of Algonquin's pristine forest and frozen waterway trails.
